What we particularly like about the book is the fact that not only have the contributors offered a recipe, they have also given a history of their product or business, so in essence, you find yourself reading about some of the finest food and drink businesses in the county. There are some amazing stories and journeys people have been on to create the amazing business they have today.
It all came together at the launch on 8th May, which took place at The Forum and saw many of the businesses bringing samples of their recipe to share and enjoy, whilst celebrating their inclusion in the book.
And if you flip to pages 60,61,62,63,64 and 65 you will find six fabulous pages and a recipe from the heart of Brasted’s.
